Just back in the office after a couple of days away at workshops.
Wow - that was one work over at the dentist! So you got through in once piece. You have been immensely brave to get through that. I hope your fear gets a bit less now that you know what happens. I am back on Monday to have my crown fitted - which should be the easy bit since all that drilling stuff has been done.
And many congratulations on your beach reward! That is an inspired choice, and an excellent reminder. Many of us buy something to mark a given milestone - it is there of daily proof of our achievement. I detect that in the occassional rash moment, you are even starting to entertain the possibility that you might make it. ;p Anyway, don't think, just do!
