I will be smoke free in Indiana this week end, also I have a very bad sinus infection and a slight cough, as sick as I am I feel good that I don't smoke , remember back in the day when I would be sick and still kept puffing away on the cigs. and would cough harder, had to have presp. cough syrup, inhaler the works and still the cough hung on forever, it is so not like that now, just another reminder of how good it is to not smoke, in away glad I got sick was another reminder, so there are triggers to remind us of the days when we smoked BUT just be aware of the big and little things that remind us of why we are so glad we don't smoke. I did go away with daughter, and her sister-in-law, Fri. and Sat. after Thanksgiving, girls couple days away and was wonderful!!!!!! Stayed in motel and I didn't have to worrie about the smoking thing was great. We went to Nashville, TN shopping and also went to the Opryland Hotel it is one of the most beautiful places I have seen at Christmas, oh the dec. out of the world! Have a great weekend! hugs, prayers, pixie dust Bobbi My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/27/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 248 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,440 Amount Saved: $620.00 Life Gained: Days: 36 Hrs: 8 Mins: 15 Seconds: 28

As we go about our lives in our own little worlds this weekend, please remember that you are a member of a much bigger family that spreads beyond national borders; take a moment to cherish what a wonderful thing we have done for ourselves by quitting smoking. However far into your quit you are, be proud of what you have achieved so far and promise with me that come Monday, when the weekend is done, you will be a further 3 days along that wonderful, smokefree road. I promise not to smoke this weekend. Please join me in that vow. Penitent d1291 :)
