The first few days are tough, but you know when you get through them that you are that much stronger. I agree with the post about feeling foolish about smoking, as tobacco companies and the government are really trying to kill us! Let me tell you that it does get easier! I smoked just over half a pack for 13 yrs from the age of 13 and now feel empowered that I've made it 10 days! At first I didn't think I could make it and yes probably the toughest thing I've ever done, but it has gotten easier! Once your body starts to depend less on the nicotine, it starts to transform into a body that doesn't want to smoke or doesn't need to smoke. Keep yourself busy, stay on here, read, post and reward. Remember: N.O.P.E---not one puff ever!
