I'm on day four, and it's my first day back to work. Everyone's out of the office at the moment, and I'm reaching out. I feel very shaky, but have not smoked. I keep waiting for the cravings to pass (which they do), but this is really hard. Staying home for the last 3 days helped to get me started, but really, one does have to make a living again at some point. I want to leave in the worst possible way because work is triggering me badly! I just needed to tell someone rather than act on it.....
