All I can say is stay strong, one craving at a time. My initial quit date was Oct 15, I went 6 days without a smoke, then I resumed smoking for 5 days, and now I am back at it again.
It is the hardest thing I have ever done, but it would be much, much harder if it were not for this network. Visit often, write often, get the feedback you need.
You can do this, just think, you gone 20 hours, so you have already proven to yourself that you really don't need the cigarette. We have to convince ourselves that we are non-smokers.
