Wazz, another thing, I use to do alot of self talk, i would say,when i could feel a craving coming on, ( BRING IT FREAKIN ON, IAM TOUGHER THAN YOU ARE) i would really fight them, Take on one at a time, dont worry about tomorrow until it gets here,, take care of yourself and be glad you are ridding yourself of this awful habit before it makes you sick :)ok Nuff out of me for now :) Tresa
