Goofy, the car was a big trigger for me too.
Have you cleaned out the car? I did that, put some airfresheners in there like the kind Yankee Candle sells that barely work as it turns out? Those? Anything to make it smell good, I also aired out my car, left the windows down all weekend.
I cranked music too, musis is a huge part of my quit, my fave is Nickleback, I sang all the way to work, yelled at commuters, and used those Listerine strips.
It gets easier, a couple more days you will smell and taste and start noticing the postives of quitting.
