Glad you're refocused. Where'd you get the cig? Learn from every slip. Figure out what the trigger was and make a plan for the next time you face something similar. If it was a fight with your husband, realize that smoking doesn't change anything, it's just what you're used to doing instead of dealing with whatever emotion you're feeling.
My weekend was great. Never once thought of smoking a cigarette..that's how it is after a while :)
