Going towards Day 5

Ahhhh, what a relief...the cravings aren't as bad as they were yesterday. I feel better today than I have for a while now. I think I can pull through it now. I'm able to shake the monkey off my back a little easier now. Tomorrow morning if I get a craving I'm going to go to the coffeehouse and have myself a good cup of java even if it's 5:30 in the morning. I'm still experiencing anxiety and I tried to have a nap this afternoon and had a problem doing it...felt anxious all of the time. I suppose that is part of the withdrawal symptoms eh? I'm actually enjoying being smoke free. I hope it continues.
