Hard day today. Will it go away?.....

Well, I promise it gets much better very quickly. I recall around 60 days noticing that I wasn't having cravings....mostly just thoughts of smoking. The way to be successful.....just don't smoke, no matter what happens. One smoke will not change your day or make you feel better. You're doing great at 12 days. It will get much better very soon. Hang in there. thanks for the messages gang, it helps. I am having a tough time today, my wife's ashtrays and smoking is getting to me. It will be two weeks tomorrow, but it seems like my craving is getting worse sometimes. Even though I have been cold turkey for a week too - off of the aid. How did everyone keep going? Having to keep fighting for so long. When will it get to where I don't think about them or crave them?
