I don't know about this promise. Maybe if it's your child or some family member. I'm confident, but won't promise as I've caved in too many times before. I feel better about this whole quitting because this is the longest time ever, in fact the other times I could never make it 3 days. Chantix is very helpfull and I'm also committed. all the best
