Well guys, here it is going on 4:00 in the afternoon, and still no really strong cravings and cruising right along! had a good lunch and had alittle twinge then for a smoke, but got busy again right away and before long I wasn't even thinking about it. WooHoo! This is the longest I have been without a cigarette on 10+ years! By now I would have been almost through my second pack of the day. Got one more ashtray to scrub out and get rid of. I didn't realize I had so many of them sitting around the house! Hanging tough here. How is everyone else doing today? GREAT I hope!

Hey Folks! Just a quick check-in. Feeling alittle dizzy from time to time. I know what it's from though. No biggie. No serious cravings yet. Even when I do reach into my pocket, it's not because I want a smoke....it's just a triggered reaction to a particular activity that I used to have a cigarette while doing. I'll check back later! Thanks everyone! :)

Hey, Danno, our buddy John had a great idea. He carried his reasons for quitting in his shirt pocket so that when he reached, he got a reminder of the great thing he was doing! Good morning! Not going too bad so far...thanks for asking! I do plan to change my usual routine up alittle bit today and start some new smoke-free routines. Yah! When I reach for my shirt pocket for a cigarette, I stop and say to myself...."What are you doing? Your not a smoker!" Then go on my way. I'll be back later with more updates. Have a great morning!! Dan

Danno, This can be hard if you want it to be hard, or it can be easy if you want it to be easy. You make the choice, and remember this, quitting smoking is a choice, a choice to make your life longer, better. Look at it as a new beginning, a chance for a fresh start at taking care of you. You can do it and I am sure you will do just fine! The best advice I can give you, is to change your daily routine around a bit and it will help alot. Get 'R done Bud! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 195 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,875 Amount Saved: $2,057.25 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 21 Mins: 51 Seconds: 55
