You're a non-smoker, Cat, you have been for 31 days. Non-smokers don't smoke, period. Like Sue said, remember your coping skills. Maybe take your reasons for quitting along with you & print some of your favourite posts.
Knowing that you don't want to smoke is a big part of the battle & you already have that down.
You can do it, you will do it & you will be so proud of yourself for getting through such a trigger situation!

So tomorrow it will be my second big test since my quit...
I'm going forthis summer camp with some friends for the weekend.. One of those with lot's of alcool and tobaco and crazy things!... and ALL of my friends smoke a lot! And my love who's been helping me not smoking at all (he's one of those guys that smokes whenever he wants and stops whenever he wants... FOR NOW I tell him! But he has been like that the last 5 or 6 years, smoking in partys and "special events"!) but now this weekend has lots of meaning to him and he keeps telling me that this one he'll smoke and I'm very afraid for all this temptation! At least Ive talked about this with him and he has agreed not to smoke near me (not too much anyway!)... (Anyway... the crazy thing is that now I ask myself about that thing... why smoke on special occasions???.... It's good that it now is strange for me, hum?)
I WANT to resist the temptation and I really (NOW) have the strenght to tell that I WON'T smoke because I don't want to.. BUT Still I'm alert and AFRAID!...
Anyway just to share with you and try to get some strength from all you, my smoke-free friends! :)
