Thank you Unhooked for all that you do. Please kick back and relax for a while; doing to much will ruin your teeth. Bye the way, dont smoke. Great smile and teeth! What is with all the teeth issues going on, here? Lainey, stickin, grandma. Makes me happy I already have an appointment booked. I'm also happy that the last time I saw my dentist, he said that if I quit soon, I probably would keep all my teeth. Unlike my sister, who lost 4 front teeth before she quit & probably will give up a few more. Just one more thing we trade off to the demon lover nicotine, to keep him. Hello I had OSS surgery on 6 teeth today at the periodonist and was syringed in at least 25 places with Novocain; counting the hits was causing me pain. This is a procedure that reduces gum pockets by raising (cutting) the gum tissue. I had this same procedure done on another half dozen teeth in the last year and an half. Smoking is a major contributor to periodontal disease. If you have or are prone to gum disease, consider quitting. Ps: My periodonist says that I may loose one more molar however the rest of my teeth are solid and will remain solid if, if what, I dont take up smoking.
