?? about exctasy use

21 years ago 0 10 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hey yall, About 3 years ago, I tried exctasy a couple of times. First few times it didn't do anything but then one time I took 2 at once and "felt it." So bad that I had a panic attack. Now I was diagnosed as having GAD, but, ever since then my panic has progressed severly. I ended up graduating college at what not so there was no brain damage. However, I always hear these studies that say that after taking E you become clinically depressed, panic attacks, etc. I live now in regret for what I did. I am so affraid that I may jeopardized my life or sanity for it. My therapist and psych both say that it didn't alter me, but I don't know. Can anyone give me some feedback?
