Cherie,
I wouldnt dream of it, having you beat yourself up and I am sorry that I came across that way. In this quit, I found it helpful to quit for the moment, than hour and then day. I did not look into the future; my focus was just the present the here and now. I use to refer to it as baby stepping it through. The future will come although preparation in the short run is key and lays the building blocks of what lies ahead.
With that said, I know it is hard, real hard however you can quit and you can stay quit. You have done remarkably well Cherie; 28 days is 4 long weeks. You have been amazing, stop and think about it.
Just take it day by day and keep yourself busy, use coping skill, distractions, dont dwell and go to bed early when it gets tough.
