I have heard your pain. You need to get ready to get off the gum. May I suggest reading the Allan Carr' book? It is a good read and it may help you. All the best to you.

Weaning down on the gum makes sense but it's not easy. Some members struggle so to anyone who has given up the gum successfully, share your tips!
I did the same thing with smokes, went from 15 per day down to 4 per day two weeks later, held at 4 cigs for four days and then said that's it.
Say you could try sleeping more; Should not chew gum when you sleep or smoke for that matter.
To those who are stepping off the gum, it's not easy but know we are proud of you for not smoking.
