NO GUM!!! Stay strong, if you hit the gum then thats just another thing you'll have to quit later. I understand how you feel, I'm 61 days in and I still have those feelings sometimes. Find a distraction, chew sugarless gum, walk, write, do something, but don't put any nicotine into your body.
