Are you smoking or are you just 1/2 a nioco gum ? either way doesn't really matter cos once you get that nicotine stuff back into your system you will suffer from nicotine withdrawl. whatever youdo don't stuff a fag in your gob ! post away. Cigarettes Not Smoked

My first day was more like four or five hours. I had a mouth so stuffed with candy and sugarless gum I could barely talk and amost choked. Back to 1/2 sq of nic. It doesn't even help much, just enough to keep me from clawing the walls, that's about all. Truthfully, I don't think there's enough nic in a 1/2 sq to affect anything. It's a psychological crutch. Not for the first time, I'm really questioning the quit. It doesn't seem hardly worth it.
