Chicknoodle Your on fire now...just stay with it, I know you want this and I know you can do it...Cigarettes never gave you anything, they only took your valuable resources and more importantly your well being...There is nothing in this world worth that price... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 212 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,360 Amount Saved: $1,484.00 Life Gained: Days: 38 Hrs: 18 Mins: 44 Seconds: 17

You done good Chicknoodle, If only all quitters stop and smelled the lingering, stinky smoke and reacted like you, no way! why we wouldnt be having this chat, would we! You dear are rewarded this A for reacting very positively and for sharing these thought with us, expressly them, and writing them down. The NRT medications that are offered these days are a God sent and I am happy that you are making use of them as I did also. They really do take a big physically edge off the quit the first several weeks and they buy the time that we so desperately need to start getting our minds moving in the non smoking direction. Get that full mental image down of what smoking does provides us: the yearning to quit, a shorten life and most certainly a less healthy life, an addicts life more time spent on buying, looking for a match, finding a place to smoke, smoking it, and loss revenue. Super two weeks to you! It isnt always easy however the results can not be beat! Awwww shucks! You all have made my week! Stickin, Unhooked and Mylast! I feel really good about my 2 weeks and just love to watch my quit meter climb! And thanks for all your support! 3 weeks ago, I wasn't sure I could do this again. But with another prescription of Chantix in hand, Stickin's wisdom in my pocket and the support of all you guys here at the SSC, I'm happy to be back! Yesterday a neighbor walked down to chat outside while my son rode his bike. She was smoking as she walked towards me and I thought, I could just bum a cigarette from her. BUT as she got closer, I smelled the smoke, and the old smoke clinging to her and watched her closely. No way!!!! Junkie thinking foiled again! Thanks again for making me even prouder on this special day! Stickin', thanks for your solid support! I hope one day I can be where you are. Thanks!!!! Debbie :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/11/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 14 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 280 Amount Saved: $52.50 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 9 Mins: 37 Seconds: 2
