it is all about attitude l think Danielle, today l am feeling much better. l decided to look ahead. l have lots and lots of things to look forward to. l am going for a vacation this weekend, it will be a lot more challenging l guess, but it will also be kind of my first week reward:)
nonic, l don't know what to say.. you are truly a godsend. l dont know what made you send those last 2 posts, but they saved my quit! l almost gave up all the efforts thinking it is impossible for me to quit with all of this going on.. there are really no words to show how grateful l am. l will try not to dissapoint you. And you are right about having the benefit of those days, it is not like my first 3 days all over again, it is much easier this time..
new me, there is no way l can avoid smokers, as most of my friends are.. l would feel so lonely:( but the reason l failed is partly about being with smokers, and constantly having cigarettes around, l was with friends when l lost control in the first place.. but when l tried to avoid them, l felt so depressed anyway. l have to figure a way to handle these kind of situations. l will be away for 2 weeks, and when l come back hopefully l will be done with the hardest part, it will be much easier to be around them:)
thank you all!!
