I feel like I don't even know who I am since I quit smoking. Today could be a very long day. Cigarettes Not Smoked

I'm not sure what is going on with me today. I woke up at 3:30am craving a cigarette worse than I have so far in this quit. Before I quit I never woke up in the middle of the night wanting to smoke. Then when I got up this morning, I was (still am) in a HORRIBLE mood. I've snapped at my husband, cried, and now feel guilty for snapping at him before he went to work. I have no idea what set all of this off, so I'm really not sure how to cope with it. Maybe just venting here will work for a while.
