Tryagain, So sorry to hear this huge milestone is not finding you well. Have you tried anything to help relieve the tension? Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

It's hard to believe that in 13 days I will have been six months smoke free. I wish I could feel successful but since I'm still craving like at about the first week, I find it hard to bask in any kind of glory. I've been known to say I wish it would just go away, just go away and leave me in peace. The stress of the quit has been a gigantic weight that has over time pressed me right into the ground. I started out with a number of health problems that have all resolved themselves. I ended up with a number of brand new health problems that won't go away until the darn cravings go away and I can heal. Constant tension and tightening of the muscles have caused innumerable bone and joint problems. I hold my head so stiffly that muscle compression in my neck has caused my right hand to go so numb at times it's useless. Of course I could be coughing to the point where I black out, which is where I started this.
