are you also taking Chantix? I have that the first days before I quit I felt the same way. I've also read that cutting back, even changing from full flavor to light cigarettes can cause withdrawl symptoms. Best of luck. The people here are so wonderful and supportive! my official quit day is tomorrow, but l have been reducing it before the official date .. the cravings are ok, l can handle them.. my question is, l am feeling tired all the time! l feel like crying all the time for no apparent reason at all! and my voice started to change.. l knew that l was going to face some syptoms, but this soon?? l havent even quit yet! anyone experienced anything like this before?
