8th day

An indoor smoking ban came into effect here in the UK yesterday, so 8 days ago I decided to chuck the habit. I went cold turkey, having tried nrt before. 8 days is nothing ofcourse, so I am taking one day at a time. Am feeling good, more relaxed. The main reason I wanted to give up was that it was becoming a humiliation, constantly feeling nicotine starved when travelling on planes. Having to go outside in the cold and rain for a nicotine fix. I just got sick of it. Hopefully this quit will last. Well, that's me. Hello to you all
