I copied and pasted the information into a word document. I then took the phrase "Quitting Smoking is Easy" and placed this before each of the "easier's". I then cut each one out into strips, I have placed a few around my desk area at work, and plan to place the rest in my home, car, boyfriend's car, etc. Just as a constant reminder!

This is the reason I love this place. Every day something comes along to reinforce this quit, to make it easier, to make it more meaningful, to make it the last time I ever have to quit. I want everything that non smokers have and that I have forsaken for this addiction for all these years.
