How sweet of you Newme, 1 year tomorrow June 13th. It feels great....I am not a slave anymore except to cinnamon gum, can't let go of it.... When I quit I had read cinnamon helps with cravings, so I went and bought cinnamon sticks,,,,, didn't enjoy them so I switched to cinnamon gum, for a while couldn't use it anymore reminded me of the beginning too much along with chai tea, now I'm back to cinnamon gum and Chai tea and all is fine. A big celebration is in the making and you're all invited, hop on a plane and I'll meet you at the airport LOL just let me know how many are coming so I can start the fireworks and fire up the grill for you great quitters, you deserve a round of applause at this stage of the quit. Keep with it, keep your goal in mind and don't let anything deter you from getting there, determination is the key, visualise yourselves as a non smoker and most important of all do it one day at a time ......today I will not smoke ........ and the next day ....today I will not smoke and then you will be smoke-free for 365 days and counting .............
Marie hugs
