Thanks, both of you. :-)
I was born and raised in Michigan. My family and I moved to Arizona in the middle of my fourth grade year, where we lived in four different cities until the end of my seventh grade year. At the time, I was also a Boyscout and we hiked the Superstition Mountains and the Grand Canyon. I've always had a love for the outdoors. My eighth grade year, I lived in Arkansas, during the first Gulf War, when Bill Clinton was Governor! I was also in band and I played the Tuba. After that year, we moved back to Michigan where I spent my high school years. I've moved around a lot in my life. Even after high school, I lived a lot of different places in Michigan. I now live in Kentucky. I moved here about two years ago. I've been exploring as much of the state as I can because next year I am planning another move. I either want to move to North Carolina, where I can spend a year or two exploring the Smoky Mountains, or I msy just travel around in my Jeep for a few years, staying at state and national campgrounds, exploring different places and working from my laptop wherever I'm at. If I can quit smoking, I think it will help me to reclaim some of my youthful adventurousness and especially my self-confidence. I believe smoking is an underlying symptom of playing the role of a martyr, at least for me, and if I can reclaim my independence over my own life, I think anything is possible! When all is said and done, I'll either relocate to Hawaii or Toronto. Those are the two places that have always called to me.
