My reward for 90 days is camping and fishing with my family for a week. This will be the first smokeless vacation and I'm not at all worried about it. My quit is strong and allows me to focus more on what I like about being free from my addiction. I've been exercising and running and I don't get winded or cough. I feel great after I exercise not completely drained and gasping for breath. My body is rewarding me for that excellent decision I made 91 days ago.
