I would suggest doing a search of old threads...maybe something will strike a chord in you that will turn the tide from "I'm afraid of quitting" to "I am excited about quitting" There are threads dealing with all kinds of things; coping strategies, dealing with "break time" in a different way, handling emotions, etc. And, as newme said, the program workbook to the left is very helpful. Get those coping strategies, and rewards, lined up, and we will support you all the way. You can do this.
