Of course there are snacks, how could there not be, with this bunch? We have a vat of popcorn, a barrell of sunflower seeds, a tubfull of twizzlers, & whatever else anybody brings. Of course, there are always nozzly things & the puching bag. Come on over, everybody! (I need Mercy at my house!!!!) I got a huge list of things needing done at the house, but never seem to have the time to do them.....when I do have a few spare moments, I look intently at the list and then need to nap! I try to stay busy in public places where you can't smoke---like the mall! The credit cards are in my husband's name, and I have made a solemn oath to visit every Saturday when he's committed to debters prison! ;) You are lookin' really good, Jan! Boy there's lots going on here to keep a person busy! I'm checkin' it all out, Cheers, Jan ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 11 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 330 Amount Saved: $99.00 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 6 Mins: 37 Seconds: 12

Way to go Jan, That is all you can do. You need time on your side. Stay busy. That is a good thing. Reading and watching movies takes up time which helps. Make a list of things you have put off doing. Sewing...cleaning out the medicine cabinet....defrost the freezer.....clean the garage. It is theraputic. You can do this....(and you are) Mercy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 135 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,700 Amount Saved: $603.45 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 19 Mins: 57 Seconds: 18

Hi Jan, We quit on the same day! AND, I am a huge Law and Order fan. My favorite is Criminal Intent! I am on my umptenth quit. Mentally, I have tried to get to the place where smoking is NOT an option. It helps, It is my mantra. There is so many positive aspects of NOT smoking. I can not think of ONE positive thing about smoking. That is what we need to dwell on, The positives of being free from this addiction. Have a great smoke free day. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 10 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 240 Amount Saved: $50.00 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 10 Mins: 49 Seconds: 56
