In all the readings I do, the professionals say that our thoughts guide our feelings. I want to argue this. My life is great, usually my ocd and panic are under control. So why is it that i get depressing and scary (impending doom) feelings when my thoughts are happy? According to the pros, my feelings should be happy if my thoughts are. but they aren't! It is so BACKWARDS!
