Kiwi,
I personally cannot tell you enough thank you's. Many of us need to hear that. Espeically some if us who have stats climbing, but each day we are stil taking one at a time.
I am just beginning to see things ease up....and I am at 130 days!!
I failed so many times. I tried it all. I too felt exactly like you.
I was the nieve quitter who usually failed at 1 to 3 weeks. I always thought if I could get through two weeks I had it licked.
Ya ...right. We can't expect a 10, 20, 30 year addcition to be cured in 14 days. It comes in little increments. Sometimes it comes so slowly we don't even see how far we have come.
So..... we learn.... not only how to break our habit..but we also come out learning patience.
Mercy
