Thanks for your kind words. Ok, what have I done so far? Bought a bucketload of gum. 1 huge container to put them in. 1 smaller container for work.
Reward Plan :
Last time I was a bit crappy with rewarding myself. Now I have 7 self addressed envelopes that will be given to me every night with some music vouchers in them
Triggers :
#1 Boredom : Actually I got this one sorted last time around.
Boredom at home : Play chess, wordsearches, animal crossing etc, post on SSC.
Boredom at work (replace smoke breaks): Go for a cup of tea
#2 Pubs : Plan A) Avoid pubs Plan B) Avoid long sessions if possible for at least the first 2 months. Carry a pager that goes off after 1hr 30min as an excuse to leave.
#3 Waiting for buses : Stick on ipod, chew like crazy.
Theres some more etc but thats the main ones.
