Hi Tankgirl! You are in the right place! Good preparation will really help you. Try to keep a positive attitude through this and you will be fine! Treat it, as it is the one and only "have to do it" quit, and then when you hit your date, close the door on smoking and never look back. The people who have tried to do this seemed to have had an easier go of it. Read read read all the posts you can, there is so much help here!
You will be fine! Post often and stay close. We are here to help and we will be here for you! :)
