freemom, get back on the wagon. It is tough but get that mind set and go for it when you are ready. I dont know a lot of the newbies here as I dont come back as often as I should, but I know first hand the longer you postpone from a slip, the more difficult it will be to even "want" to quit. Take care
Kim

Freemom, take heart, you did it before, you can do it again. Staying smoke free isn't easy. What did you learn from this slip/relapse that will make it harder to do it again. I know you are overwhelmed right now, but at some point in your next quit you will be overwhelmed. Have a plan for being overwhelmed next time, think about what happened and what you will do next time to make it through smoke free.
We are here for you.
