Jersy, Sitting in the bathroom with the hot shower running may help. The steam from the shower helps to loosen up that yucky stuff. :) Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Thanks Danielle I did spit up something today but it was like when you have a bad chest cold and spit up to move the congestion from your chest and I was not sure if it was from not smoking although not having a cold should have been my first clue. I wake up in the middle of the night with a sore and raw throat and in the morning too. Thanks for the support. Jersy

Jersey, Everyone is different. Some experience the cough right away, some never do. If it does occur, try to look on the positive side. Your body is healing. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Hello Girls I have only been smoke free for 11 days but proud of it. I have a question? I've been reading some of the chats and noticed that some people have been coughing alot and spitting stuff up. When does this begin to happen? Any feed back would be great!!!!!!!!!! Stay Smoke Free!!!!!!!!!!!! Jersy ;)
