Hi well I fell down and hade 4 smokes, I mean 4 of them today. You see what trig me was, I Think Im about to lose my job. And it just got on my nerves. So I bum 4 cigs from a lady at a bus stop, NOW I dont know what to do, I was smoke free for about a month now but I fell like a rock. Im so down now. Can anyone help with some support
