Jean49, Don't be too hard on yourself! You're right, you are human and as such are entitled to make mistakes. Nobody's perfect. Luckily, us moderators have an edit feature and I've gone into your threads to fix the little errors. Pat yourself on the back, very thoughtful of you to reach out to your fellow members! Also remember that nicotine is a stimulant and now that you are nicotine free, it may take some time to for your body and mind to adjust so be kind to yourself until it passes. Jean, if you want, you could ask the mods to delete the posts that you're unhappy with. Also, be careful about using Mr. Ed's list to congratulate people. There's no way to know who actually has kept their quit. No bad to Mr. Ed at all -- it's just the way the system is set up here. Above all, remember to breathe! Thanks Rusty, you're right ! I need to take a day off.. but I do feel real bad about my mistakes. I'm human ? LOL! I feel somewhat better since the shower and in a bit I'm heading out for a long walk :) I haven't checked yet but I think my Blue Jay's are playing today so that's going to be a huge distraction for me. Jean, I know you feel bad, but let it go. Lots of us have made errors and typos here....we're all human after all. Take a day off today to take some deep breaths and pamper yourself. You are doing great and you deserve to make you feel good! OMG ! ! ! I am totally losing my mind :( I am so sorry for all the mistakes I made in the STATS category. I went in there with my list for the April Ashkickers to give them kudo's and I totally messed up like four of them :( I went back to try to correct and I messed some of those up ! I'm losing it BIG time.. I'm in a total fog people... oh geez :( Stepping down is affecting me differently... not feeling weepy or anything - just totally out of it.. and the scary part is when I go to do something I feel like I'm doing it RIGHT and it's all A$$ backwards ! ! ! ! ! I think I'd better get into the shower and shake this off. Thank you for all of your posts.. I really need your support ..ya think ?!?! Look at you Jean - you are so determined to get your freedom. That is so great that you are ready and willing to face the final withdrawals of cutting out the NRT. Just be prepared for what you MIGHT feel... Don't let it be a self=fulfilling prophecy, just be prepared. Remember to check in with us if you need ANY encouragement or just to vent! Hey! I just bought The Queen the other night and watched it. I am such a history buff and, of course, watched every move Di made. I sat in front of my TV and cried during the wedding......such a sap! Same during her funeral. In addition, we just got, for my daughters birthday, a Welsh Corgi---which, it seems, the queen is rather fond of. She is SOOOOOOOO cute! Her name is Jazmine. Anyway, I want you to know I am thinking of you and know exactly how you feel. I have been in the same situation. Whatever you decide, remember that the only true way to be successful is NOPE. Keep the quit!
