I started smoking at 17 and smoked off and on for about 10 1/2 years. I say "off and on" because it took me about 4 years to really get addicted. I think I was one of those "social smokers" for the first few years, and then at 21, really got addicted. After that, I'd quit every few months... sometimes for a few weeks, sometimes for a month or 2... one time, for 10 months. I was always in the process of quitting... until now where the active quit is over and I'm on cruise control and don't consider myself "quitting" anymore. I've QUIT! FINALLY!
Crave the Quit!
