Well wasn't after dinner a kick in the butt.. Geez didn't realize how frenzied I'd feel for that 'after dinner smoke'. So I hit my game plan and went directly into the kitchen and did up all the dishes, washed the counters and then made myself a decaf coffee.
I worked off that trigger..hit it with everything I had. Good for me!
lol.. I kind of respond to my own posts and I'm talking to myself too.
Angel, looking forward to meeting Phil :)
As for dinner - Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, peaches and cream niblet corn and a garden salad. Tomorrow - Roast beef, rice and peas, baby carrots and a garden salad. << Thursday's meal will be left overs for at least 2 days which means no full cooks for me!
That's another one of the things I enjoy doing and so cooking will definitely keep me busy and creative.
Ok.. Well there's a movie on in 10 mins or so with Tommy Lee Jones so I'm going to get myself set up with my celery sticks, carrot sticks and WATER :)
Enjoy your evenings all :)
Jean
