I had the same happen to me on day 8. I was looking for the thread talking about it, but can't find it. Anyways....I bumped up a thread that might help....oh sheesh..cant remember the name of it..lol..I'm old. what can I say?
Just remember, only deal with one craving at a time...and keep using your strategies....distract yourself, tell yourself it is better to smoke than not, and that you ARE a non-smoker, and replace a smoke with something else. I think every day is different. I know I haven't had another day that intense since. But also know I might have another one. The good thing is, I think, is that once you get through a rough one, you know you can do it, and your mind and body are familiar with it, so it gets easier over time. At least that's what it seems, reading posts from people who have long quits going.
At any rate...Congratulations again for your week!!!!! And keep it up!!!!!
