Windy, I guess this must be a kind of weird time for you - I was thinking about this after seeing some of your recent posts. Your hubby has been away for a while but is back soon. Meantime, things have been changining - all without him. You have quit and turned your energy towards getting fit. And boy have you been getting fit! You have been able to concentrate just on yourself without your hubby, your relationship etc., "getting in the way" as it were. He's been away and meantime, a new you has been emerging. His return must feel kinda strange midst all of this? I hope you go from strength to strength with this new you and your new life. And wow, congratulations on that mini marathon. And on not giving in to temptation. FANTASTIC! The rest will fall into place too. Hi Windy Congratulations on your min-triathalon!!!!! You did great. I am so glad to hear that you did not smoke either. You would have regretted it. Your problems would still be there whether you smoked or not, so why smoke? It won't help. But you know all this. I am just so proud of you for not smoking!!!! You are so helpful with other people, I hope this helps you and no matter how you are feeling, if you need to vent, this is the place. Don't ever feel like you can't post on here. We are all here to help when the times get tough. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 43 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,090 Amount Saved: $215 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 14 Mins: 50 Seconds: 22
