I got my shipment as I was on my way out to work Tuesday night. Started eating it yesterday. I must say, it doesn't taste too bad (had an AWESOME strawberry shortcake bar!). I can already see that my problem is going to be one of eating more things than I'm supposed to. I had a breakfast before I went to bed yesterday morning, had a lunch when I woke up, then a snack, then that shortcake bar, no dinner....you can see what I mean. Anyway, I have every intention of getting out there and walking around my complex either today or tomorrow. I don't own a scale, so I'll have to wait until work to weigh in.

Some good news for everyone. As much as I pooh-poohed Weight Watchers, I've lost four pounds in six days. And worrying over the points and whatnot keeps my mind off not smoking.
However I have to seriously look for something to reward myself for hittng 100 days that is NOT fattening. Sigh.
