To all you who replied about the direahea (?). I tried just a dry boxed cereal this morni8ng and I did not have to run to the potty. My stomach just feels sore from going sso much day after day. I hope deleting the oatmeal is the answer. Thanks again. Callie

Ok Callie Im trying to post here *knock wood*. Taz brings up excellent ideas on testing the oatmeal to see if that is the culprit. On the BP meds, Im on two also, a beta blocker which was more so for my panic induced rapid heartrate, and to bring down my spiked BP. The second one Im on is a diuretic, I use the bathroom quite often during the day, as it gets rid of fluid, and your potassium. The drawback is I have to stay hydrated very much from going so much, and eat potassium rich foods. Each BP med is under a different category, if you have had an adjustment change, or change of BP med, let the doctor know. Trish

Hi Callie. Maybey, if you think that it is the oatmeal causing the dihorrea then stop eating it for a week and keep a diary of daily events and whether you still have it and then start eating oatmeal for a week and do the same thing. Then compare the two weeks and see if there is a pattern at all. If you are bad in the mornings anyway then it may not be the oatmeal at all. You sound similar to me. Mornings are always my worst time. Another thing you could do it to try eating oatmeal at different times of the day and if you still get dihorrea then you'll know whether its the oatmeal causing it or if its just a morning thing. I'm just trying to offer a bit of advice, I don't know if it'll work or not! :)

Taz, It almost has to be the oatmeal because I usually have the problem in the morning, after breakfast. But, mornings are bad for me anyway. Casllie

Callie, don't understand that, I can see my post there no problem. Maybe it just hasn't loaded properly yet or something?!
