I was also looking for you yesterday to see how your appointment went. I'm sorry that you're feeling so down. But, it actually sounds like you got some positive news...you can increase your walking & lifting and now you'll start the Chantix. I'm using Chantix and it has been incredibly helpful! I think these new additions to your "quitting tool box": the increase in your activity (walking more, etc), the Chantix, and each added minute/hour/day/week of being quit will all help pull you through this tough phase.
Remember to look at your stats - they are very impressive and inspiring, especially to someone like me who is following behind you.
