I feel like such a loser. I'm still worried - been checking my pulse for hours. Sitting on the floor. I haven't been out to fulfill any of my obligations for more than 2 weeks (I've been out to do other things, but not to class or work). Today adds one more day. Such a f***ing loser.

Hey guys, not feeling too good. :( Can someone - anyone tell me if they've ever had this happen to them? This morning I was laying in bed, and I was a little anxious about this pain I've been having in my leg since yesterday. I didn't have the build-up that often comes with my episodes - no sweating, flushing... Instead, I was laying down and got a sudden catch in my breath - and my heart just started pounding and racing. It was instantaneous. Is this anxiety or something else? I had been awake for maybe 1/2 hour, but was just laying in bed... I've had the pounding racing heart before, but it just seems like it wasn't provoked by any build-up this time.
