Oh Phil, I really can't say that I had the bad urge's of craving for a cigerette after I quit, I remember like mowing the grass and getting done and sitting down in a lawn chair, and reaching for my pocket for a cigerette, Or going to town and getting groceries, coming home and puting them away, and reaching for a cigerette, which was not there, just a habit of all those years I smoked, I did cheat somewhat though, I had this milkshake straw that I used for a passifier if I felt the need, and it honestly worked for me, just keep it in my shirt pocket, and if I felt a little stessed out, that's all I needed, But I do believe after a Year Phil, those craving's should subside completely, I've alway's said!!! Why dwell on something that You cannot have, so why don't You just put them cigerette's out of Your mind completely, There is One thing that I've NEVER lost on this website, or ANYWHERE, It's my Motivation, and Positive Attitude to not Smoking, It's like an Alarm Clock, And I never want it to go off, for I hate alarm clocks, Keep hanging in there Phil, It will only get better for You down the road, I Promise, Smokless In Oklahoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1491 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 44,745 Amount Saved: $6381.48 Life Gained: Days: 339 Hrs: 4 Mins: 7 Seconds: 41

Hey John, Thanks for the message John, we all know it comes from your heart. This is my second Easter without those nasty cigs. I can't imagine little baby chicks in my computer room. Your granddaughter knew they would be safe and warm with you....It is cold here in VA, had 3" of snow over the weekend. Hope you had a blessed Easter.
