Hang in there. I had this great spell going. The past couple of days I have thought about it a little more than usual. I am hoping that is my big bang!! If not...then it is still going to come. I keep telling myself.....stay firm. You need to at least make 365 days!! I was kind of lulled into a false sense of security by a day or two when cigs never crossed my mind and WHAMMO. Not only is the craving back, but so are all other withdrawal symptoms. Gas, constipation, dreams, the whole nine yards as bad or worse than the beginning. I have not caved mostly because I've been far enough away from cigs now that caving isn't all that appealing. It's appealing, but not really. I know that doesn't make sense. What I mean is the buzz, the foul taste, the smell, the cough, the heart speeding up. You all have got to know what I mean. This is day two of deja vu. I hope I don't have to go through a whole week of this. I want to go back to where I was at least, if not better. Now I know what people mean when they talk about cavings in the 70 to 100 day range.

Hang in there try... you are doing great! I had the cig thoughts for quite a while between 90-105 days, but it is all better now. Just know it will pass... probably on Tuesday.
