Hey folks how is everyone doin ? well i am on a new quit..i had stopped for a couple of months there but stupidly started back for bout a week so then i set another quit date and lasted a day i dont think i was properly prepared for that one lol so now am going on day 5 of my new quit and i feel good i am doing it cold turkey i have minor craves through the day but they pass fast and my sore throat and cough are going away am just gonna take one day at a time this will be my last quit i hate going through these first weeks of stopping yet this is bout my 9th time lol my wife dosent even know i had started back smoking and that am on a new quit so i have been trying to hide my sudden mood swings the last few days but i feel alot more mellow now thank god i hope to god this can be my last quit ..even though i had only been smoking again for a week i felt like crap i had a bad smokers cough the wife was tryin to get me to the docs thinkin i had a cheast infection but i knew what it was and when i woke up in the morning it was so hard to breath.. but these last 5 days have left me feelin great and i know it gets better anyway i hope everyone is doing well in there quits thanks for listening and take care [B]My Milage:[/B] [B]My Quit Date: [/B] 4/20/2007 [B]Smoke-Free Days:[/B] 4 [B]Cigarettes Not Smoked:[/B] 44 [B]Amount Saved:[/B] �10 [B]Life Gained:[/B] [B]Days:[/B] 0 [B]Hrs:[/B] 11 [B]Mins:[/B] 34 [B]Seconds:[/B] 54
